Really great experience. My transmission blew up the other day & the closest place is Dorsey transmission. I went and spoke to Jack and he was just amazing. He was kind and very resourceful. I was very pleased! Also spoke to his shop foreman Rick was very helpful on what was going to take place had transmission repaired and was very satisfied.

I've been dealing with Jack for over 20 years from a simple oil change to replacing a heater core Its nice to have a mechanic that doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. My vehicle is older so Jack watches the mileage and lets me know what needs to done and when . It's a nice experience to deal with Jack. I have referred several co-workers to Jacks shop and they have all told me they would use him again. I would highly recommend Jack and Dorsey Transmissions great people and excellent service.

I've been using dorsey for about 4 years now. They've always been honest and upfront. I've had them service German and Japanese autos. Top notch. If they can't do the work they'll tell you instead of ripping you off. These guys are great

This has become the only place I will take my cars for service. They are friendly, helpful, do quality work and are very reasonably priced. They work with you and really care and take care of the customer. I cannot recommend them enough. Just something to keep in mind is that everyone else knows they are a great shop so it can take a day or two for them to get your car back to you. They're just that busy. I consider it a good thing and a sign of how good the place is. I cannot recommend them enough!
